Don and his team are hands down the BEST. My parents and I have both used Complete Air for various issues with our AC - one during the horrendous heat for July and another during 20 degree weather in January. This team has been prompt, diligent and honest from beginning to end. We just recently called about an issue and they ended up calling back to talk something through over the phone at no charge, because it was a simple wire switch. I know a lot of other companies would have scheduled an appointment to come out just to collect the service charge. I appreciate Don's genuine desire to help as quickly as he can. AC issues are always an unpleasant and inconvenient nuisance but this team makes it so much more bearable. I promise you will never regret giving them a call!

I can't say enough about Complete Air Systems. In this day and age it is truly hard to find companies that are honest, hard working, show up when they are supposed to, have the experience they claim to, finish the job, etc...etc... Complete Air has been there for my family and my business when we have needed them, every time. There have been many. Once a hurricane took out a pricy electrical board in our unit, they were able to find out the part was under warranty- this was almost 9 years ago when we first started working with Complete Air, they have installed new duct work for us due to mold that was all thru the unit and the duct work, did I mention this was also after having it all cleaned by another company? Don and team were able to identify what was causing the mold issue and stop it! Do you think the company that claimed to clean my duct work even tried to identify where the issue was coming from that was causing the mold? It cost about 1/3 the price to clean the ducts as it did for Don and team to replace. DUH. They have installed UV lighting, they have ordered custom filters for me, they have maintained my unit, they have cleaned by coil, and on and on. Each time they talk to me about what it is I want, what it will do, is it really what I am looking for? Will it really meet my expectations?  In addition to working with me at my home, Don and his team have worked with me at many of my customer's homes with my small business. I would recommend them all day, every day.  I have been with Complete Air for over 9 years now. I can't imagine trusting anyone else.  When people ask me, I say if you want it done right, I tell them this is who I use, and I don't call anyone else. I need things done right the first time, I need to trust the people I work with. I need to know the people I work with care about my family. Complete Air hits all the marks.  Period.

Courteous, helpful, friendly, Timely... and the list would go on and on! Here we sit on a Sunday night and the AC goes out. These guys number was already on the unit from the previous owners, so we gave them a call. They said they could be out in 30 minutes! Don was more than kind as he explained the situation to my husband, then had us up and running within 10 minutes of his arrival. I'm expecting a horrendous "after hours emergency call" charge, but my husband said all that was waived. 

We lucked out only having to make one phone call to find the best Heating & Air guy in Jax!!

I have had a couple of different AC companies come by my office to look at my AC units and none of them could figure out what the problem was and fix it properly. A friend referred me to Complete Air Systems and I called them and spoke to Leanna and she was very polite, professional and immediately sent someone to look at my AC units at my office.  Don Richards arrived at my office and diagnosed what was wrong with my AC units. He was very knowledgeable and explain what his findings were and how he was going to fix it. Don diagnosed where the Freon was leaking from the units and fixed it. He treated me very fair and was reasonable with the cost. I highly recommend Complete Air Systems as they are professional, honest, reasonable, prompt and very knowledgeable.
